Korporacijske zmage \u0161e nikoli niso bile bolj odvisne od ljudi, ki lahko prispevajo ve\u010d kot le dobro opravljeno delo. Da pa lahko organizacije pose\u017eejo onkraj dobrega dela posameznikov in naredijo resni\u010dne preboje, je potrebna je prava energija, mo\u010dna in produktivna.<\/p>\n<p>V petek, 6. decembra 2019, na Milav\u017eov dan, smo v Kristalni pala\u010di\u00a0<b>obele\u017eili letni zaklju\u010dek projekta Organizacijska energija,<\/b> kjer vsako leto merimo energijo v organizacijah in odkrivamo, <b>koliko produktivne energije <\/b>premorejo podjetja in organizacije.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>Le to odkrivamo skozi matriko \u0161tirih vrst energij, poleg energije produktivnosti so lahko prisotne \u0161e energija udobja, energija malodu\u0161ja ter energija razjedanja.
